Haven PH — Terms of Service

Welcome to Haven PH (havenph.com), a free, non-commercial online listings platform. By registering for an account or using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1. What Haven PH Is
Haven PH is an online listings platform that allows property owners, real estate agents, agencies, developers, and buyers to connect. Haven PH is not a real estate broker, agent, or salesperson, and does not participate in, represent any party to, or take responsibility for the outcome of any real estate transaction. All listings are submitted by users, and Haven PH does not independently verify the accuracy of listing content beyond the identity verification process described below.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- New accounts require admin approval before login is enabled.
- Certain account activities (submitting a property listing) require completion of our identity verification process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. User Roles
Haven PH supports multiple account roles, including Property Owner, Agent, Agency, Developer, Buyer, and Seller. Users representing themselves as a licensed real estate salesperson must disclose their supervising broker’s name and license information, in accordance with the Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines (RA 9646). Haven PH does not independently verify professional licensure and disclaims responsibility for a user’s compliance with applicable real estate licensing laws.
4. User-Submitted Content
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any listing, photo, or information you submit.
- Haven PH reserves the right to remove any listing or account that violates these Terms, applicable law, or that we determine, in our discretion, to be fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate.
- By submitting content, you grant Haven PH a non-exclusive license to display that content on the Site.
5. No Fees at This Time
Haven PH currently does not charge fees for account registration or property listings. This may change in the future. If paid features are introduced, these Terms will be updated accordingly, and separate payment terms will apply.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your professional credentials
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent the identity verification or account approval process
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all listings are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Haven PH does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haven PH shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on any listing, or any transaction between users.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, particularly for violations of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
