Masinloc is made up of 13 barangays: Baloganon, Bamban, Bani, Collat, Inhobol, North Poblacion, South Poblacion, San Lorenzo, San Salvador, Santa Rita, Santo Rosario, Taltal, and Tapuac. North and South Poblacion form the town center, with South Poblacion home to the historic San Andrés Parish Church; San Salvador and the coastal barangays face Oyon Bay and the marine reserve, while inland barangays support the town’s farming and fishing communities. Transport
From Manila, Masinloc is typically reached via NLEX and SCTEX into Tarlac, then west along the Zambales coastal road, or via the Subic–Zambales coastal road through Olongapo and Botolan.
